How to download Full system report
This guide explains how to download a Full system report (FSR) in the Emlid Flow app to facilitate Reach troubleshooting in complicated cases.
Overview
A Full System Report (FSR) is a diagnostic report generated by a Reach device that contains system logs, configuration settings, and technical information about the unit’s internal operation. Emlid Support may request an FSR during troubleshooting to help investigate issues and assess the device’s performance. The FSR is provided as a ZIP archive. For the most effective troubleshooting, download the report immediately after the issue occurs and note the exact time of the event in your local time zone.
We do not recommend sharing FSR publicly—it contains information such as your location, Wi-Fi network password, NTRIP caster login credentials.
Download Full system report
To generate and download an FSR, perform the following steps:

Open the Emlid Flow app and connect to your Reach.

Go to Settings.

In Troubleshooting, tap System report.

In the Full report section, tap Generate.

- Save the report depending on your device.
Now you can send the FSR of your Reach to the Support team at [email protected].
