This guide explains how to download a Full system report (FSR) in the ReachView 3 app to facilitate Reach troubleshooting in complicated cases.
An FSR is a tool used to facilitate Reach troubleshooting. It comes in a ZIP archive and contains system logs and technical details of your Reach.
We do not recommend sharing FSR publicly—it contains information such as your location, Wi-Fi network password, NTRIP caster login credentials.
Download Full system report
To generate and download an FSR, perform the following steps:
Open the ReachView 3 app and connect to your Reach.
Go to Settings, and tap General.
In Troubleshooting, tap System report.
Select Full report and generate it.
- Save the report depending on your device.
Now you can send the FSR of your Reach to the Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
