Introduction
Emlid Corrections is a VRS (Virtual Reference Station) RTK correction service built into supported models of Reach receivers and powered by Point One Navigation's network. It provides centimeter-level positioning without requiring you to set up your own base station or manually configure an NTRIP connection.
Emlid Corrections is designed for surveying in areas with reliable cellular coverage. It is especially useful for projects where setting up a local base station is less practical, such as urban surveys, multi-site projects, or work across multiple regions.
Compatible models
Emlid Corrections works with the following Reach models:
- Reach RX
- Reach RX2
- Reach RS2 and RS2+
- Reach RS3
- Reach RS4 and RS4 Pro
Coverage
Emlid Corrections is currently available in the US, the UK, much of continental Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Coverage continues to expand as the Point One Navigation network grows.
Before activating your license, check the coverage map below to make sure your project is within the service area:
If your project site is outside the coverage area, you can use an NTRIP service or set up your own base station instead. Learn more in the Working with NTRIP service guide.
