How to apply codes in Emlid Flow 360

This guide shows how to apply codes in Emlid Flow 360 to get access to the Survey plan features both in Emlid Flow & Emlid Flow 360 and to extend the access period.

Overview​

Codes are strings of numbers and letters that allow you to get access to the Survey plan features and then extend the access period. With a code, you can get access to the Survey plan features by simply entering it.

Workflow​

Applying code​

If you have an active subscription made through the mobile store, you need to cancel it first. Go to the mobile store and cancel the current subscription following the platform-specific rules and wait until the subscription ends.

Get access to the Survey plan features with a code following the instructions below:

  1. Go to Emlid Flow 360.

  2. Log in to your account.

  3. Click Upgrade to Survey plan.

  4. Click on Have a code?.

  5. Enter your code in the opened screen.

  6. Click Apply and wait for the code to be verified and applied.

    note

    You can use multiple codes in a row, but the total period they cover should not exceed 3 years. Close the window with the notification about the applied code and enter a new one.

  7. Click Go to subscription to go back to the main page.

Now you've got access to the Survey plan features and can continue working with them in both Emlid Flow & Emlid Flow 360.

Extending access period​

You can only extend the access period with a new code if it hasn't expired yet. To check the expiration date, click Profile and Subscription-you will see the field with the date.

To extend the access period using a new code, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Emlid Flow 360.

  2. Log in to your account.

  3. Go to Profile.

  4. Click Subscription.

  5. Click Enter a code.

  6. Enter a code in the opened screen.

  7. Click Apply and wait for the code to be verified and applied.

    note

    You can use multiple codes in a row, but the total period they cover should not exceed 3 years. Close the window with the notification about the applied code and enter a new one.

  8. Click Go to subscription to go back to the main page.

Now you've extended the period of access to the Survey plan features and can continue working with them in both Emlid Flow & Emlid Flow 360.
